Pastor Jim and Donna Williams
Lead Pastor
Pastor Jim and Donna came to Gloucester Assembly of God in 1990. Both Pastor Jim and Donna are avid readers. Jim likes to read in ministry related areas, including spirituality and theology. Donna enjoys good fiction. Donna teaches French and Spanish at Lexington Christian Academy. Jim and Donna are both graduates of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and, importantly, are also cat lovers. Pastor Jim’s post-seminary studies include a Doctor of Ministry degree from George Fox Evangelical Seminary and a graduate certificate in executive coaching from William James College.
Dana Olson
Minister of Discipleship
Dana has attended Gloucester Assembly of God since 2004. She came on staff in 2009 as the Coordinator of Children’s Discipleship Ministries. In the summer of 2015, her title changed to Minister of Discipleship to reflect her growing responsibilities beyond children and youth. Dana’s desire is to see people growing in their faith no matter where they are on the journey. She loves to hear people discover their “next steps” of faith and then to encourage them in those steps. Dana graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2005 with a Master of Divinity Degree. Prior to seminary, she was a middle school teacher in Richmond, VA. Dana also has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Furman University. She is married to Daryl Olson, and they have three girls, Hannah, Grace, and Elizabeth.

She holds both Doctor of Ministry and Masters of Social Work degrees from Boston University, a Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Bachelors in History with Social Studies Certification from Messiah College in Harrisburg, PA. In her non-work hours, Ann enjoys reading, the sound of the ocean, the warm sun on her back, and spending time with family and friends.
Amanda Darlack
Ministry Assistant
Amanda came to Gloucester Assembly of God in 2001 when she became engaged to her husband Jim who was a member. After serving in many volunteer capacities at the church, Amanda came on staff in 2015 to provide part-time administrative and organizational support to the ministry staff. Amanda also works as a preschool teacher and has worked previously as a professional organizer. She has a Masters in World Missions and Evangelism from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of Wooster in Ohio.
Beckie Smith
Worship Leader
Beckie serves as our worship leader, ably providing a venue for praise and meditation. Music has always been a central part of Beckie’s life. From the age of six, she could sit at a piano and recreate the music she heard. This interest motivated her to learn the clarinet, saxophone, and join school bands and accompany choirs on the piano. Growing up in church, she joined a Christian singing group as a teenager and after marrying Randal Smith in 1979, served as a worship leader and accompanist in churches throughout the mid-south and New England.
Susan Lufkin
Bookkeeper
Susan has been attending Gloucester Assembly of God since 1978. She has worked in the office for years and continues to serve as our Bookkeeper. Susan is co-owner of Essex Bird Shop & Pet Supplies. She lives in Gloucester with her husband Doug, her pets, and her horses. Susan and Doug have two grown children and love visiting them and their grandchildren.
